The North Norfolk historic village of Trunch with a population of approximately 1,000 lies only two miles from the East coast, close to the coastal resort of Mundesley.
Our nearest town inland is North Walsham, and the historic and fine city of Norwich is around 17 miles south of Trunch.

Trunch offers a lot to residents and visitors.
We are very lucky to have the Corner Stores, which also host a post office.
You can spend a nice evening at the Crown Inn, our village pub.
Alternatively, the Social Club also offers drinks and often Live Music.
Lots of events and activities take place in the spacious Trunch Village Hall.

The picturesque village centre also features the fine medieval church of St Botolph's and typical old Norfolk flintstone houses. Parts of Trunch are located in conservation area, and the whole of the area is of outstanding natural beauty. There are many public footpaths and quiet lanes, very inviting for (dog) walkers, bird watchers and conservationists.

Trunch Concerts take place once a month in St Botolph's church. A large variety of excellent musicians and ensembles have performed here over the past few years.
The medieval church offers an enchanting atmosphere and superb accoustics.

In 2010 extensive chancel roof repairs are very evidently underway. Concerts proceeds this year will help to renovate the historic 1808 chamber organ. If you are able to support through a donation or a fund-raising idea please speak to us at the concerts.
